You must be +18 to order a commissionUsing my art in any NFT/Blockchain-related/Artificial intelligence project is strictly prohibited.I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions, projects & personal artwork.I retain all the rights to my work. The price of my art & character design commissions only includes personal use. Personal/Regular use commissions mean you're not able to use my art for commercial purposes. (Youtube videos, twitch assets or streams, merchandise, prints, etc.).Turnaround & deadlines
⟡ Turn Around Time can vary from a week to 4 months max.About references
⟡ Please, avoid unclearly, low-quality, pixelated, heavily watermarked, or shaded references.⟡ You (the client) have the right to ask for 3 minor edits without an extra fee as long as the work is still being sketched and has no lineart or color started.⟡ Great changes will come with an extra charge. If you post the artwork/design by me you must credit me.
You don't have to credit your own drawings of my designs although it would be appreciated.
By default, my adoptables only give you personal use rights, for commercial use it needs to be discussed beforehand.⟡ Removing my signature, editing, tracing, etc. the original artwork is considered Copyright infringement too.Cancel & refund policy⟡ I do not give refunds on finished or partially finished works. This includes adoptables.
⟡ If no work has been completed, you can ask for an 80% refund of the total price of your commission.
